Privacy policy

This policy explains what data StockSemáforo (stocksemaforo.com) processes and why. By design, we collect the least data possible and do not use advertising or tracking cookies, nor do we sell data to third parties.

Data controller. The website owner. You can exercise your rights or ask any question by writing to contacto@stocksemaforo.com. The owner's identifying details are in the legal notice.

What data we process.

  • IP address (geolocation). When the page loads we detect your country from your IP, on the server, to show you the brokers relevant to where you live. We do not store the IP or link it to your identity; it is used only momentarily to infer the country. Legal basis: legitimate interest (showing relevant content).
  • Anonymous usage analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, which measures visits and events in aggregate and without cookies or persistent identifiers. It cannot reconstruct your browsing or identify you. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Theme preference. If you switch on night mode, we save it in your browser's local storage (it is not a cookie and never leaves your device) only to remember your choice. Legal basis: your own settings.
  • Messages you send us. If you email us or report an issue, we process the data you include to handle your request. Legal basis: your consent.
  • TradingView quote (only if you ask for it).In the analyzer you can click “Show quote” to check the price without leaving the page. That panel is served by TradingView, and nothing is requested from them until you expand it: no script of theirs is loaded and your visit is not disclosed to them. We remember your choice in your browser's local storage (it is not a cookie and never leaves your device) so we don't have to ask every time; you can collapse it again whenever you want. If you do enable it, TradingView receives your IP address and may use its own cookies or storage, under its privacy policy. We neither receive nor store that data. Legal basis: your consent, given by expanding it. If you don't expand it, nothing happens.

Cookies. This site does not setadvertising, analytics or tracking cookies, which is why no consent banner is shown. Third-party content that may use cookies — the TradingView quote — loads only if you explicitly ask for it, which is why no prior notice is required. The only first-party storage is the theme preference described above, which is technical and chosen by you.

Processors and third parties. The site is hosted on Vercel, which acts as infrastructure and anonymous-analytics provider. The fundamentals come from the U.S. SEC (EDGAR), a public source. Broker links are affiliate links: if you follow them, the broker will process your data under its own privacy policy, separate from ours.

Retention. We do not keep a user database. The IP is not stored; analytics is aggregated; emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

Your rights. You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). To exercise them, write to the address above.

Last updated: July 2026. A legal review of this text is recommended as the site's activity grows; in particular, if cookie-based analytics or advertising are added in the future, a consent banner must be implemented and this policy updated.
